The wheels of tomorrow, today!

Dang I love the Detroit concept cars of the 50's and 60's. Cars were from the future back then.

It's a damn shame that your earlier sketchbook was stolen. These sketchpages from your new sketchbook are very nice, though. Great shapes and details.

I'm making a point this time of religiously scanning my pages at the end of the day should the now-all-too-thinkable occur again. What tears me up is that the most valuable thing they stole is probably the thing that ended up in the dumpster first. Also, they took my danged old ArenaNet hoodie. Now I'm cold.

These are awesome Matt. Really love the shapes and feel of them. How did you get your stuff stolen?

Heya Ryan, howzit going...

I was at a friend's open-house thing at her dojo when several cars were broken into, including mine, classic smash & grab. From now on my sketch bag goes wherever I go. I've learned that locking anything in a car is about as secure as leaving all your valuables out on the hood. Also, I've learned that I should get renter's insurance to cover this kind of thing, because auto insurance, surprisingly enough, doesn't.

I'm going to try to do some pinup-ish stuff, maybe something rocketship-scifi, after I get some extracurricular work stuff done. That is my wild friday night treat.
